Author Conduct Guidelines

These Author Conduct Guidelines ("Conduct Guidelines") describe the proper kinds of conduct and prohibited behavior uses of Marketplace authors. We reserve the right to modify these Guidelines from time to time, effective upon posting. By participating as a Marketplace Author, you agree to abide by these Conduct Guidelines. Any violation of these Conduct Guidelines could result in the removal of your Marketplace products and your Boson Exam Publishing Author Profile.

Author Profiles

Your Author Profile is significant in marketing and selling your products. You are expected to provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

Your actions reflect upon Boson's integrity, reputation and brand. Therefore the following conduct is expected:
  • Focus on customer service – be professional and polite at all times without exception.
  • Exercise good judgment in your decisions and actions.
  • In all instances, obey the law and act ethically.
  • Respond to customer questions or support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Be professional and polite at all times without exception.

Prohibited Content or Activities

The Boson Marketplace or any Boson Exam Publishing service(s) or tool(s) may be used only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or remove any and all content that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful to our goodwill, to Boson customers, to potential customers, to other authors or to any third party. The following conduct is prohibited:
  • Posting any content that would violate, or would facilitate the violation of, any applicable law, regulation, or Boson policy
  • Posting any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secrets
  • Posting any content that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • The impersonation of any person or entity
